The timeline for ordering a house from Instabuilt can vary depending on the scale and complexity of the project. While the general estimate is from 90 up to 120 days from receiving a deposit, larger or more detailed projects may require additional time for design, customization, manufacturing, and delivery.

KfW40 refers to a standard for energy-efficient building in Germany. The term “KfW” stands for Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau, which is the German Development Bank. The “40” in KfW40 represents the maximum energy consumption in kilowatt-hours per square meter (kWh/m²) that a building should not exceed over a year.
The QNG is a state quality label for buildings that ensures the fulfilment of general and special requirements for the ecological, socio-cultural and economic quality of buildings. Those who prove that they have the quality label for their renovation or new construction project benefit from better funding conditions in the BEG NWG and BEG KFN programmes. Instead of 5% interest rate you benefit 1% using QNG standard.
Yes, all of our modular homes are customizable, and can be expanded or modified in the future.
At our company, we offer modular building solutions that range from quick assembly options that can be completed in as little as 3 hours to more comprehensive projects that can take between 3 to 6 days. The specific duration will be determined based on the complexity and size of the project, as well as the customization requirements, and also the technology used.
The transportation and installation process for modular buildings involves transporting the modules to the site by using cranes or lifting equipment to carefully position and connect them, followed by utility connections, finishing work, and final inspections before occupancy

Absolutely not. We’ve spread out the milestone payments throughout the entire project timeline, and we won’t collect payment or begin work until you’ve secured financing.
Our installation process is designed to minimize disruptions to your property and daily life. The most significant disruption is when we deliver and crane your home unit into place, which sometimes requires a temporary street closure. Don’t worry—we’ll give you and your neighbors plenty of notice.
