Frequently Asked Questions

For larger projects up to 2,000 m², we utilize our advanced panel technology combined with modular bath pods, enabling 75% of the construction to be completed in the factory. For smaller, tiny home solutions, our modular technology allows up to 95% of the construction to be factory-finished, ensuring efficiency, precision, and reduced on-site work.

At Instabuilt, we prioritize sustainability and environmental consciousness in our building materials. We exclusively use eco-bio-green materials in our construction processes. These materials are carefully selected to minimize the environmental impact and promote a healthier living environment. Our materials include eco-friendly options such as sustainable wood, recycled or recyclable materials, low-emission insulation, non-toxic paints and finishes, energy-efficient windows, and other environmentally responsible components.

By incorporating eco-friendly, bio-based, and green materials, along with adhering to the highest energy efficiency standards such as KfW40, our buildings can significantly reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions by promoting sustainable and environmentally conscious living.

Our walls are prefabricated using eco-friendly materials and advanced insulation technology, providing superior energy efficiency and durability compared to traditional construction methods.

KfW40 refers to a standard for energy-efficient building in Germany. The term "KfW" stands for Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau, which is the German Development Bank. The "40" in KfW40 represents the maximum energy consumption in kilowatt-hours per square meter (kWh/m²) that a building should not exceed over a year.

The QNG is a state quality label for buildings that ensures the fulfilment of general and special requirements for the ecological, socio-cultural and economic quality of buildings. Those who prove that they have the quality label for their renovation or new construction project benefit from better funding conditions in the BEG NWG and BEG KFN programmes. Instead of 5% interest rate you benefit 1% using QNG standard.
