The price includes a fully finished house ready for living, with the following elements: • External walls with ventilated façade (zero maintenance) • Finished internal walls with final paint • Finished flooring (parquet) • Fully finished roof with thermal and waterproof insulation • Fully finished bathroom with ceramic tiles and sanitary elements (shower, glass shower, sink, WC, mirror) • Windows (blinds optional) • Completed lighting with spot lights • Electrical and plumbing installations • Gutters, drainage elements, window sills • Warranty Optional add-ons: kitchen, air conditioning (AC), terrace, steel foundations, sauna, jacuzzi, solar panels.

How long does delivery take?

From the moment of reservation, the house is usually produced, delivered, and installed within 30–60 days, depending on the location and model.

Do I need a building permit?

This depends on the location and local regulations. In many cases, for small houses or backyard homes, a traditional building permit may not be required, but we always recommend checking with the local municipality or urban planning office.

Can the house be installed on my land?

Yes, the house can be installed on your land if the parcel has access for transport and installation and meets local urban planning requirements. Our team can also assist with advice on site preparation.
