INSTABUILT is a modular construction company located in Millosheve – Prishtina, and we specialize in providing custom-built panelized/modular construction. The vision of the company is Instantly Built – InstaBuilt. Advanced Insta construction systems 1 unit, 2 pieces assembled in under 3 hours.

We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our team in our Innovation Center which is about connecting People, Technology, and Ideas for a better future, and helping us continue to provide quality modular construction services to our customers.

 

Receptionist – (2)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
• Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
• Preparing meeting and training rooms.
• Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
• Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
• Sorting and distributing mail.
• Scheduling appointments.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven work experience in reception/administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
• Knowing a German language is a plus.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, power point, outlook.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to fulfill tasks and jobs in a very dynamic environment.
