American Investment in Kosovo from Tom Meredith – partnership with InstaBuilt
InstaBuilt is joined by one of America’s most powerful investors, Tom Meredith, in a great vision: to build eco-friendly and self-sustainable homes and communities worldwide, from Kosovo across Europe and North America.
We envision a bright future as it relates to the planet’s sustainability and quality of life. As a Family, a Company, a Planet, we present to you a collaboration that embraces the goals for the future of living by addressing global issues.
The American investor from MFI Real Estate, Mr. Tom Meredith, joins the business established by BP Home Investment and led by Mr. Mentor Pllana – specifically, the InstaBuilt project. The two have joined forces around this innovative project that will transform the experience of living sustainably worldwide by turning to land, wood, and the natural environment as the primary source of construction.
The two visionaries are united by a shared mission to reshape the traditional construction industry of today. The sustainable solution? Prefabricated modular houses.
Tom Meredith during the speech added:
Why Kosovo?
What makes Kosovo magical is this; you are its people, you are educated, you speak many languages, you are a skilled workforce, where we will provide jobs, create an activity center, for an exciting promising future to create the best place to work
My colleague Tom Patton and I could not have been happier to be in partnership with Mentor, his brother Besnik, Diedon, and the rest of the team who are here.
Also on the occasion of the speech, the owner of the company, Mentor Pllana, in short points added:
Our company’s vision is based on three words: imagination, innovation, and inspiration.
The word imagination is a dream. Initially, we had a dream, which we started to realize in 99 with a small shop and continuing in construction.
InstaBuilt will now be a two-location company – InstaBuilt North America, Texas; and InstaBuilt Europe, in Kosovo. My and Tom’s mission and goal are to reshape the construction industry, and that mission has united us.
These houses have many advantages, in other words, they are “small houses in harmony with nature”, giving priority to nature, the environment, and the health of the planet and humans.
InstaBuilt currently has two production facilities – InstaBuilt North America, located in Texas, and InstaBuilt Europe, located in Kosovo.
InstaBuilt Europe is one of the largest factories of modular houses in Southeast Europe, with a production capacity of 1,000 units which is expected to increase up to 4,000 units in the future. Kosovo-based InstaBuilt Europe is thus set to become the main hub for the industrial construction transformation in Europe and America.
InstaBuilt offers a wide range of modular solutions, from more luxurious ones such as the “Stella Domo” to those with a minimal design such as the “American Home” or the “Tiny Home”. These modular homes have many advantages, as they are built to prioritize nature, the environment, and the health of the planet and of its people. These homes represent InstaBuilt’s contribution to the fight against pollution and global warming.
The long-term partnership concluded between InstaBuilt and MFI Real Estate is established on a strong mutual belief in the common good and on shared strategic goals for sustainable growth through job creation, increased exports, and the expansion of relations with the Albanian diaspora and Kosovo’s European, and particularly its American friends.
